Profile & Settings (BMO)

Co-facilitated the phase 0 workshop to kick off the project. Mapped out the user personas and worked collaboratively wit the designer to map out/design a new mobile friendly experience to let users update their profile information. 

Debit/Credit PIN change (BMO)

 

Contributed to a new flow/journey that let’s clients reset their debit and credit PIN online. Previously, this task had to be done in person at a branch or ATM. I was responsible for co-designing the new flow and writing all copy for this feature.

Business Banking Payments (RBC)

Contributed to a new flow/journey that let’s business owners decide how they want to pay their payees, including adding additional payment methods. I worked collaboratively with the designer(s) on this new feature and wrote all the content for it.  

Savings Goals (BMO)

 

Collaborated on the design/experience for a new savings goal feature that allowed clients to link their savings account to a savings goal. I wrote all copy associated with this journey, including SMS messaging and UX copy. The goal is customizable and allows user to determine the frequency in which they contribute to it. 

Help Portal Design (OANDA)

 

Lead strategist on the complete re-design of OANDA’s help portal that is used by clients worldwide who trade FX and other commodities. 

Training Document (Hot Docs)

 

Contributed to the creation, formatting and editing of a manual that is used by many non-profits on the best practices of hiring and maintaining volunteers.

Travel Blog (Ready-Set-Wander)

 

Created a Travel Blog website for had an active social following on WordPress and Instagram.

Networking App (Speed Network)

 

Created a low-fidelity prototype/pitch for an app that would function as a tool to be used by individuals who were looking to network with other individuals at an event or conference.
